The Santa’s Little Helpers Fundraiser provides a very profitable fundraising program to nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, Habitat for Humanity and many other organizations. All have had tremendously successful fundraisers.
SLH made arrangements some time ago with McKenzie Farms and BTN Of Oregon tree farms to obtain what is considered the most perfectly shaped and the most beautiful Christmas trees in the nation. The trees direct from these premier Christmas tree farms, are pre-season priced, much lower than trees sold during the Christmas season. The farmer’s special prices are available only to nonprofit organizations such as yours.
For over 9 years, our subsidiary has been delivering Christmas trees for BTN Of Oregon and McKenzie Farms to Home Depot, Lowe’s, and many other Big Box stores. We have proven our dependability delivering the trees.
The SLH fundraising Program requires very little time and effort on the part of you or your staff, and absolutely no investment. We will supply you with everything you will need to take orders for the trees.

Over 35 million people will buy live trees this year for Christmas.If just 200 people order trees from you, your school or organization will earn $2,000! This could be the most successful fund-raiser you have ever had.
How it Works
Put up a few posters, have flyers available, and collect money is virtually all the effort required!!!
You will receive personalized posters, and flyers; you approve them, our art department will work with you, see what other organizations used in previous years. You will also receive a Press Release kit which you can send to your local newspapers. This Release will draw many people to your store/location(s) where you are taking orders. Organizations like yours have had malls allow non-staffed Kiosks with order forms and drop boxes to be placed in them.
- Pre-sell the trees You do not run a Christmas tree lot. You, your staff, supporters, anyone can take orders for trees to support your mission.
- A cut off date for taking orders (this is the farmer’s decision - last year Nov 5th) is set.
- You collect the money and take out your portion ($15 per tree) (see chart)
- A log on which you can record orders.
- We deliver the trees to you on our trucks (this is already in the price) on a day arranged - after Thanksgiving.
Some organizations make a big day out of it and sell cocoa, coffee, donuts. Some deliver the trees in pickup trucks for an added fee, or as a consideration for the elderly. All this is up to you. We make sure that the trees arrive on time, are fresh and will be delivered directly to a location you designate.
To make absolutely certain your fundraiser is a great success, our free Call Center will call businesses in your area, ask if they would display a tree in their office to support your mission, resulting in many sales of trees. Only if you request this free service will we call anyone on your behalf.
You will receive $15.00 for every tree ordered. This means if you sell just 200 trees, your organization will earn $3,000. It is very possible you will sell 500 trees or more, no minimum or maximum order. Sales will increase each succeeding year as people come to know these quality trees, the great prices, involvement with your supporters and your wonderful mission.
Although the Christmas season is several months away, now is the time to begin so you will be able to take advantage of the special pre-season prices. This fundraiser will be most financially rewarding if your supporters begin taking tree pre-sales early and your posters are ready!
