An old adage proclaims that a workman is only as good as his tools. This is really more of a truism than an adage, and keeping it in mind we have attempted to supply you with all the "tools" you will need to make your Santa's Little Helpers Christmas Tree Fund-Raising Program hugely successful.
Here are the services and materials we will provide you:

Three Personalized Posters. These posters can be displayed in conspicuous locations and they announce your fund-raising program, the purpose of the fund-raiser, and will ask for volunteers to take orders for trees from family members, relatives, friends, neighbors and even strangers.
Fifty Personalized Circulars that give details of your fund-raiser and include the name and phone number of the person to contact to order a tree. The circulars are appealing and will definitely attract attention.
Sales Suggestions that your volunteers can use to greatly increase the number of their orders.
Order Forms on which your volunteers record their sales.
Tally Sheets on which you can maintain a record of your orders.
Call Center.This Center, along with your Representative and his telephone number, will always be available to answer your questions and help you in every way possible. Our Call Center works for you generating sales for your Organization. This free service will certainly boost your Donations!
"Care and Feeding of Your Tree." A copy of this sheet will be furnished with every tree you sell.It contains valuable information on how to keep a tree looking fresh and suggestions on disposal when its day is done.
Delivery Instructions. You will select a specific location for delivery of your trees and you will be informed as to the date of delivery, as well as a close approximation of the time. It is suggested two or three volunteers be present when the truck arrives who will make certain everyone gets the tree they ordered. To make things easy for everyone, all trees will be tagged with the type of each tree (Douglas or Noble) and its height.
